The club house building houses one of the finest Italian restaurants in the area. Limoni has won awards for its fine food and service. The restaurant closes during the quietest month.

The main swimming pool and the children’s pool are open 08.00 – 20.00 hrs May to September and 08.00 – 17.00 hrs the rest of the year. Poolside furniture, lounger sofas and refreshments from the restaurant, make this south facing suntrap an idealspot to relax in luxury. Appropriate behaviour is essential at all times for the consideration and safety of others. The standards of behaviour in and around the pool, are set out in the Pool Regulations. Everyone is expected to familiarise themselves, respect and comply with these arrangements and regulations.
The club house building at pool level houses a steam room, sauna, games room and gym for the use of residents. Instructions for use are posted in the area concerned. If in doubt please contact the Administrator who opens the reception at 10.00hrs Monday – Saturday.
A fully trained and experienced physiotherapist is available for residents. The treatment/massage rooms are in the club house building.
The tennis court to the right of the entrance to the condominium is available every day. The changing room is next to the court. There is no booking so the principle of negotiation and consideration for others controls the use of the facility.
The children’s play area is next to the tennis court and is also available at all times.
The Condominium is equipped with a TV network, telephones and internet access through a wireless network. Any queries on use and availability which cannot be answered from the documents inside the villa should be directed to the Administrator.
The security of your possessions and personal safety must be taken seriously. The security service of QdL, Vigiquinta (+351 289 394 494 ), drive through the condominium regularly day and night. Every effort should be made to secure the villa each time when leaving by using the alarm system. The unit in each house is connected to a surveillance service who may be instantly alerted by pressing the ‘P’(panic)button on the display panel.
